By using the website or the platform you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8220;Company&#8221; or &#8220;Masakin&#8221;: Masakin Makkah Company.<\/li>\n\n<li>&#8220;Website&#8221;: makkahresidences.net and all its pages.<\/li>\n\n<li>&#8220;Platform&#8221;: the group accommodation request platform at app.makkahresidences.net.<\/li>\n\n<li>&#8220;User&#8221;: any person or organisation using the Website or Platform, including Hajj and Umrah operators, hotels, property owners and Masakin Partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Masakin provides information about accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, forms to request, list or invest in accommodation, and a platform connecting Hajj and Umrah operators with hotels to receive offers and book.<\/li>\n\n<li>Masakin acts as an intermediary between users. The accommodation contract is directly between the group and the hotel unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n\n<li>Bookings made on the Platform are also subject to the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.makkahresidences.net\/terms\">Booking &amp; Cancellation Terms<\/a> published on the Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Eligibility and accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users must have legal capacity to contract and be authorised to act for the organisation they represent.<\/li>\n\n<li>Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for everything done through their account.<\/li>\n\n<li>Masakin may verify any organisation&#8217;s details and may refuse or suspend any account suspected of breaching these terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. User obligations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the Website and Platform only for lawful purposes and in line with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the regulations governing Hajj and Umrah services.<\/li>\n\n<li>Do not provide misleading information or fake offers, or impersonate any person or organisation.<\/li>\n\n<li>Do not attempt to hack, disrupt or scrape the Website, or use it to send unsolicited messages.<\/li>\n\n<li>Do not complete outside the Platform any transaction that started on it in order to avoid the commission due to Masakin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Content and offers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hotel, property and price information is supplied by its owners. Masakin makes reasonable efforts to review it but does not guarantee its complete accuracy.<\/li>\n\n<li>Photos and descriptions are illustrative; what the parties agree in the accepted offer prevails.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Prices, commissions and payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are in Saudi riyals unless stated otherwise and are subject to applicable taxes.<\/li>\n\n<li>Masakin earns its commission as described on the Platform or in agreements signed with hotels and Masakin Partners.<\/li>\n\n<li>The deposit, cancellation and refund policies in the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.makkahresidences.net\/terms\">Booking &amp; Cancellation Terms<\/a> apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content of the Website and Platform, including text, designs, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Masakin and may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Website and Platform are provided &#8220;as is&#8221; and &#8220;as available&#8221;; Masakin does not guarantee they will be free of errors or interruptions.<\/li>\n\n<li>Masakin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts of other users or their failure to meet obligations towards each other.<\/li>\n\n<li>In all cases Masakin&#8217;s liability is limited to the commission it received for the transaction concerned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Indemnity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users will indemnify Masakin against any claims or losses arising from their breach of these terms or of the law, or from information they provide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Suspension of service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Masakin may change or suspend the services in whole or in part, or suspend the account of any user who breaches these terms, taking existing bookings into account where possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Third-party links<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Website may link to external sites that Masakin does not control; Masakin is not responsible for their content or policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Changes to these terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Masakin may amend these terms at any time; the amended version applies from its publication date. Continued use of the Website or Platform after publication means acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Governing law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
