- Data you give us: name, organisation name, email, mobile number, country, commercial registration or licence details, details of accommodation requests or offers, and correspondence.
- Financial data where needed: such as IBAN and bank name for hotels and Masakin Partners, for transfers and commissions.
- Data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, usage logs, and cookies needed to run the site.
- Data from third parties: such as details of an organisation referred to us by a Masakin Partner.
2. How we use it
- To provide our services, match accommodation requests with suitable hotels, and manage offers and bookings.
- To verify registered organisations, prevent fraud and keep the website and platform secure.
- To contact you about your requests and account and send service notifications.
- To calculate commissions and amounts due and issue invoices.
- To comply with the law and to improve our services.
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, to perform our contract with you, to meet a legal obligation, or for a legitimate interest that does not override your rights.
4. Sharing
- With parties involved in the service, only as needed: for example sharing an accommodation request with the hotels invited to bid, or a hotel’s bank details with the group paying the deposit.
- With service providers acting for us, such as hosting and email delivery, who are bound to protect the data.
- With competent government authorities when legally required.
- We do not sell your personal data.
5. Transfers outside the Kingdom
Some service providers may be located outside Saudi Arabia. In that case we follow the legal rules on data transfers and apply appropriate safeguards.

We keep data while you use the service and afterwards for as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
